It wasn't until I addressed and eliminated the underlying root causes of my weight problem that I was able to lose weight easily and automatically, without dieting or struggle or will power. That was 10 years ago, and I've been the same weight ever since.

Emotional Stress = Hormonal Changes = Weight Gain.

It's easy for anyone to talk about chocolate bars and cravings, but it's hard to talk about a painful divorce. But you know what? This is what my team and I do every day, we talk about and uncover the underlying issues that are at the root of the problem…

Safety, abuse, healthy boundaries, and stress—these are major contributing factor to weight problems that nobody's talking about.

Is it simple to reverse these complex challenges?

No, but it's a real solution and it's a sane solution, much more sane than starving yourself for 10 days or trying to become a pro football player when you don't even like the game.

These are just 2 examples, but I see these kinds of situations all the time. And this is the exact reason why I currently spend about 75% of my time working directly with my readers in small groups, or even 1-on-1.
