Meditation with Emily Fletcher
In August, I invited meditation teacher Emily Fletcher to my 5-Day Retreat and she literally rocked the house! Emily is so down-to-earth, and I've seen her help people of all walks of life learn to meditate, simply and easily – most of whom had no prior experience. Meditation is so good for you, you probably already know that. Many integrative doctors are calling it the single best thing you can do for sustainable health and wellness.
Meditation also aids in weight loss. It lowers your stress hormones, turns off your FAT Programs, and new research even suggests it makes you live longer. But for most people, the actual learning of meditation can be so intimidating.
