WHO IS DR. Junger?
Dr.Junger is a nationally known MD, public speaker and the author of the best-selling book, Clean. He is also the creator of the Clean Program, a user-friendly approach to cleansing that focuses on inspiring long-term health habits.
While studying alternatives to commonly prescribed anti-depressants during his fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Junger began exploring the concept of meditation. He was so influenced by meditation, he travelled to India, where he worked as a doctor in exchange for the opportunity to continue his studies of the ancient tradition in the place where it was born.
Dr. Junger is an active public speaker and has a strong presence in the health and wellness community. He has been featured in many popular TV and radio programs including Martha Stewart and E! News and has worked with celebrities like Gwenyth Paltrow and Donna Karen.
