How it Works?

Coaching programs range form 1-12 months in duration, and during the program, you’ll have weekly meetings with your coach who will guide you step-by-step through the program. For your convenience, you’ll receive an MP3 recording of each coaching call along with actions steps and a visualization practice just for you—just for that week.
