My body just didn’t want the weight anymore. When I said before my body wanted to fat, my body wanted to be thin – I mean it did not want the weight; it was done. The issues were done, the problem was resolved, it was done, and that weight flew off me. That last pound, there wasn’t that plateau, that last weight flew off. People couldn’t believe it – how quickly that came off. That was three years ago. I’ve been the same weight for three years and I haven’t dieted. Thank you, thank you. That’s the message you’re sending your body. You’re sending your body – it’s not your body’s fault; it’s how you communicate with your body. What are the messages you are sending to your body? That’s why diets don’t work. It would be great of diets worked, because if diets worked there would be a diet, everybody would be on it, everybody loves to lose weight and that would be the end of it. There wouldn’t be this diet, or that diet, the new diet, the this diet, every 40,000 have come out, every week you get a new diet – there would be that. Your body doesn’t know the difference between a real and imagined experience. That’s the whole problem. That’s my whole message, is that we have these imagined stresses and your body is taking it to be real. So why not use that to your advantage? You know? Play it the other way. Work with it. Learn how your body functions and then use it to your advantage, job done. When your body wants to be thin, just like when your body wants to be fat there’s nothing you can do to lose weight, then you can lose a little bit, but in the long term – when your body wants to be thin, there’s nothing you can do to stop it.
