Ingredients

1 ½ cups almonds
1 ⅓ pumpkin seeds
¾ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
¾ cup desiccated coconut
1 cup flax seeds or chia seeds
¼ cup almond butter
⅓ cup tahini
¼ cup coconut palm sugar
¼ cup water or almond milk

Method

  • Place all ingredients in food processor. Mix together until well combined and beginning to stick together.
  • Refrigerate mixture in an airtight container. Serve with fresh fruit and nut milk as a delicious start to your day.
